Welcome to WiserLink. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the WiserLink mobile application ("App"), website, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by WiserLink ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

WiserLink is a proxy management application that allows users to configure and manage HTTP, HTTPS, and SOCKS5 proxies on iOS devices. The App provides tools for setting up proxy servers, creating routing rules, and managing network connections.

3. No Registration Required

WiserLink is completely free to use and does not require any registration or account creation. You can download and use all features of the app without providing any personal information.

4. User Responsibilities

4.1 Third-Party Proxy Servers

WiserLink provides tools to configure and manage proxy connections, but does not provide the proxy servers themselves. Users are solely responsible for:

• Obtaining access to third-party proxy servers
• Understanding and accepting the risks associated with using proxy servers
• Ensuring that their use of proxy servers complies with the terms of service of those providers
• Any consequences resulting from the use of third-party proxy servers

We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party proxy servers you may use with our app.

4.2 Compliance with Laws

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party agreements in your jurisdiction.

Different countries and regions have different regulations regarding internet access and proxy usage. It is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with all relevant laws in your location.

You agree not to:

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE SERVICES OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE THEM AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless WiserLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms and, in some cases, we may provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
